A Lodge For You is a product created out of many experiences, opinions, discussions and arguments regarding vacation, travel and hotels. We regard our self as an advisory or consultant service, to make sure you find what you have been looking for.

What is a good hotel? What is a good vacation? Why do so many people return from their vacation disappointed and unsatisfied? We are living in an environment where time is becoming one of our most precious assets. So why do we torture ourselves with less than perfect holidays?

A Lodge For You is a collection of high-end luxury and special hotels around the world. Of course, the concept of luxury hotels is a broad one. We define a hotel as “luxury” if we are warmly welcomed, our expectations are fulfilled, our desires are met, and of course a standard of luxury is delivered: pleasant decor, clean and modern bathrooms, room service, etc. But we have to mention – sometimes a quaint chalet lost in the Alps with cozy checkered bedsheets, relaxation in tranquil silence and pure fresh air, a tented camp in the desert, or a bungalow hidden on a lonely beach can become luxury – if the atmosphere makes you feel warmly welcomed!

We are more convinced than ever that for people like us - who have to travel for business and carry many responsibilities, heavy agendas and 24-hour time pressures - the focus on new values will rapidly increase, as we are already more sensitive to our health and work/life balance. The interpretation of values in will change in our view to: fast-forward becomes slowing down, high spirit turns into purpose and balance, jet-set loses to taking your time, full agenda converts into plenty of time, high-heels get swapped for barefoot, brands fall back in line, do-it-yourself is ranking first.
